x = 32

Since g(x) is now equal to 20, substitute x in the equation with 20.

2(20 - 4)

First do the subtraction within the parenthesis, following the laws of PEMDAS.

2(16)

Then multiply 2 by 16 to get the final answer of 32.

Hope this helps!
