A teacher buys 8 packs of orange erasers and 6 packs of blue earsers for his alassroom .There are 24 orange erasers in a pack and 28 blue erasers in a pack.What is the total number of erasers the teacher buys for his classroom?

you would need to multiply 8×24 and 6×28 and then you add the answers together.

Packs of orange erasers = 8

Number of erasers in each pack = 24

So, total number of orange erasers =
8*24=192

Packs of blue eraser = 6

Number of erasers in each pack = 28

Total number of erasers =
6*28=168

So, total number of erasers are =
192+168=360

Hence, the teacher buys 360 erasers or his class.
