HELP ASAP Given that a function, g, has a domain of -20 ≤ x ≤ 5 and a range of -5 ≤ g(x) ≤ 45 and that g(0) = -2 and g(-9) = 6, select the statement that could be true for g.

g(0) = 2
g(7) = -1
g(-4) = -11

Given the domain (x values permitted) and the range (y values permitted) of the function g, we will look at the x and y values of the choices given one by one.

For
g(0)=2: This can't be true as the value of the function g at
x=0 is -2 (already given in the question).

For
g(7)=-1: This also can't be true because the x value of 7 is out of the domain of the function g.

For
g(-4)=-11: This can't be true as well because the y value of -11 doesn't fall inside the range of g.

For
g(-13)=20: This is the correct choice as both the value of -13 for x and 20 for y falls within the domain and range of the function g stated.

ANSWER:
g(-13)=20 could be true for the function g.
