g(x) =2x^2+3

k(x)=g(x-2)+4

k(x) = 2(x - 2)^2 + 3 + 4

k(x) = 2(x^2 - 4x + 4) + 7

k(x) = 2x^2 - 8x + 8 + 7

k(x) = 2x^2 - 8x + 15

Answer

k(x) = 2x^2 - 8x + 15
