Hello from MrBillDoesMath!

Answer: B.

Steps:

The point slope form of a line passing through point (x1,y1) with slope "m" is

y - y1 = m (x - x1)

In our case (x1,y1) = (2,6) and m = 5. Substituting these values in gives

y - 6 = 5 (x -2)

which is choice B.
