first you’d do the things in parentheses

In the parentheses you would simplify the exponent first because PEMDAS

(-3)^2 = 9

-4 + 9 - 6 = -1

Then you would do 15 / 3 which equals 5

5 x -1 = -5

-5 + 2 = -3
