Michelle is thinking of a rational number that is an integer.

Integers are the whole numbers that are positive or negative

Integers does not include fractions

(-10)/(7) is a fraction so it is not an integer

\sqrt{(15)/(4)}, we cannot simplify square root (15) so this is not an integer.

0.2 is a decimal so 0.2 is not an integer

\sqrt{(100)/(25)}

Square root (100)= 10

square root (25) = 5

So
\sqrt{(100)/(25)} becomes
(10)/(5) = 2

2 is an integer

So option A is correct
