the answer is A because the negative on the outside if the parentheses cancels out the negative on the inside of the parentheses making it a positive and there is no other point given so it would be 2 units to the right if 0

Answer:

A. It is 2 units to the right of 0.

Step by step explanation

The given number is - (-2)

When we multiply negative by negative, we get positive.

-(-) = +

Therefore, -(-2) = 2 [By applying the sign rule of multiplication]

2 is nothing but 2 units to the right from 0.

Hence the answer is A. It is 2 units to the right of 0.

Hope you will understand the concept.

Thank you. :)
