The correct answer would be C) Simon Bolivar, also known as South America's George Washington. Simon Bolivar, "The Liberator" was born in Venezuela in 1783, known because of his part in the revolution against Spain.

After numerous travels and a lot of revolutionary meetings, he escaped from Venezuela and went to New Granada, where he wrote a revolutionary article called "The Cartagena Manifesto". In the manifesto, Simon mentions the lack of strong government and the fall of Venezuela's first republic. Thanks to the manifesto, Bolivar was able to unite the revolution against Spain. Thanks for his efforts, at the end of the revolution Peru, Colombia, and New Granada were free of Spain control and finally, a new country was named after Bolivar. The name of the new country is now known as "Bolivia".
