He bought a hotdog for = $ 3.75

Money left now = 22.50-3.75=$ 18.75

No with this $18.75 Connor will buy tickets costing $1.25 each

So, total tickets he can buy are =
`(18.75)/(1.25)=15`

Inequality becomes

`3.75+1.25r\leq22.50` where r = 15
