Greetings!
To start off, to find the total amount of people who voted you need to add the two values, 378 and 462.
378 + 462 = 840
To find the percentage of voters, you divide the actual amount by the predicted amount:
840 ÷ 1050 = 0.8
Then simply multiply by 100 to get the percentage:
0.8 x 100 = 80
So the percentage of people who voted was 80%!
