When Hurricane Maria made landfall in Puerto Rico, how did it affect the island's water system, power grid, road network, and cellphone infrastructure?

Hurricane Maria caused communication blackout, infrastructure was left beyond repair. Trees, water system, electric power, and streets were damaged. Also was considered one of the worst natural storms that affected Puerto Rico.
