$925

Here's why:

So there's 18 numbers in the ratio. 3006/18=167
Each number in the ratio =167x the number

3x167=501
4x167=668
8x167=1336

501 oranges, 668 pineapples, 501 mangoes, 1336 strawberries

501x1= $501 in mangoes
668x2= $2672 in pineapples
501x2= $1002 in mangoes

501+2672+1002= $4175
$5100-$4175= $925 in strawberries

Hoped this helps!!

Answer:

The answer is 925.

Explanation:

In order to determine the answer, we have to know the directly constant.

To calculate this, first we have to know two things:

  • The total sum of the variables.
  • The ratio for each variable.

We know that the total is 3006 and also we know that the ratio for each variable (every type of fruit) is 3:4:3:8.

We procedure to add the ratio and then we determine the directly constant:

3+4+3+8=18

k=(3006)/(18)= 167

Then, we determine the total amount of every fruit:

3*167=501\\4*167=668\\3*167=501\\

Total cost for oranges: 501*1=501

Total cost for pineapples: 668*4=2672

Total cost for mangoes: 501*2=1002

Total cost for strawberry: 5100-(501+2672+1002)=925

Finally, the total cost for strawberry is 925.
