How do you tell wether two angles are complementary, supplementary, or neither?

Two angles that add up to 90°, a right angle, are always complementary. Two angles that add up to 180° are supplementary. I'm not entirely sire on the last one, but I'm pretty sure it's neither when the angles add up to any other degrees than 90° and 180°.
