6.5% of 164.25 is 0.065 * 164.25, because 0.065 is the decimal form of 6.5%, then we add (0.065 * 164.25) to 164.25 for the price
0.065 * 164.25 = 10.67-ish
10.67 + 164.25 = 174.92
