A shirt that normally costs $30 is on sale for $21.75. What percent of the regular price is the sale price?

I need help ASAP. Also how to solve this. Thank you!

30 = 100
21.75= ?
do the butterfly method and the answer will be 72.5
100-72.5=27.5 percent
