Density is given by the formula
D= (m)/(v), where D is equal to the density, m is mass of lead and v the volume of lead.

Since we are not given an initial volume the change in volume is caused by the piece of lead which is a 3ml.

Therefore,

D=(m)/(v) =(25)/(3)= 8.33 g/ml
