The answer is C. the responsibility to support the Declaration of Independence. Why? Because it isn't illegal or criminal to not support the Declaration of Independence. That would go against Bill of Rights, which affords you the freedom of being vocal about what you support or do not support. Rather, it would be your own individual will whether or not to support the declaration of independence.


A. Is incorrect because it's illegal to not obey the law. B. is incorrect because you are required by law to attend jury duty in the US. Finally, D. is wrong because it is a felony not to register for selective service when you reach ages 18-25.
