HEY YOU! YEAH YOU! QUITE SCROLLING AND HELP ME? PLEASe? It costs $17 to place an advertisment in the paper, plus an additional $4 for each line. then the costs to place an ad x lines long is given by y dollars, where y=4 x + 17. express as an ordered piar the fact a 14 line ad costs $73. also express as an ordered pair the fact that an ad costing $53 is 9 lines long.

(14 ,73) Because to find how many lines are in the ad that costs $73 you need to subtract the initial cost of the add from the total, which is 56, and to find how many lines were in it you need to divide 56 by 4, which is 14. And the second one is the same math but the ordered pair there is (9, 53) and the equation there is 53 = 4(9) + 17.
