The point-slope form:

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)\\\\m=(x_2-x_1)/(y_2-y_1)

We have the points (2, 3) and (5, 2). Substitute:

m=(2-3)/(5-2)=(-1)/(3)=-(1)/(3)\\\\y-3=-(1)/(3)(x-2)
