(3,-4) is your x and y. Plug it in the equation so,

For x,

2x+3y=3
2x+3(-4)=3
2x-12=3
2x=12+3
2x=15
2x/2=15/2
x=7.5

For y,

2(3)+3y=3
6+3y=3
3y=-6+3
3y=-3
3y/3=-3/3
y= -1
