I'm not sure I understand to well but if its asking how many hours till its empty it would be 200 hours

Since quantity is with negative notation that represents that quantity of the water is reducing.

Let it takes x hours to empty the pool.

Therefore, amount water leaked in x hours = 0.05x gallons

And this amount is equal to 10 gallons.

0.05x = 10

x =
(10)/(0.05)

= 200 hours

Therefore, in 200 hours pool will be emptied.
