Maybe those people are going through things or mad or even want revenge.
Sometimes people have anger and get mad because they trauma and trauma is like something bad is happening or from the past like sexual abuse, alcoholic, or even worse things. So, they want revenge on that person that hurt them very bad but they can't be mean to that person so they take out their anger on random people or friends.
