How do I deal with anxiety at school, I keep having panic attacks, someone help me out

I've been through the exact same stuff, except not at school. I have these problems in the middle of my hockey games!!! Something that really helps me is breathing in for eight seconds, holding it for five, and exhaling for eight. It's a natural way to calm your body. My sister taught me it, and it really helps.

okay so that used to be me everyday at school i kept my journal with me and i wrote in it constantly keep some water with you too sometimes its good to go home and just rest those things worked for me and if ur just too nice stick up for yourself i got in alotta fights because i got tired of people walking all over me be confident in your self
