In a weeks time if he parks more than 60 cars he will be earning more than his salary

he would need to park enough cars(at 5$ a car) to meet the 300$

which would be 60 cars (300÷5=60)

if he parks 61 cars he would have 305$ (which is greater than his salary) for parking cars plus his salary of 300$
