based on the demographic transition model stage two is agriculture stage 3 pre-industrial so the country is mode developed where the population is moving to industrialization but not there yet stage three is industrial. So basically getting rid of the environment and making it urbanized the population has to be stabilized meaning equal birth and death rates so that country to be in industrialization but in agriculture the country would have high birth rates and death rates
