The answer is, 400 miles, how I got my answer.

I first multiplied .25 which is 1/4 or one quarter times 4, .25×4=1 so then I multiplied 4×4=16, so now I know for every 1 inch is 16 miles, last I have to multiply 16 which represents miles times 25 which represents inches, 16×25=400.

I hope this helps!

400 miles because each inch is 16 miles and there is 25 inches so 16 times 25
