I'd go with WYSIWYG program

A WYSIWYG which is short for What You See Is What You Get is an editor or a program that lets you see what the end result will look like while the interface is being created. Unlike the WYSIWYG, most traditional editors requires the developer to enter code or markup language and do not permit an immediate way to see the results of the code. Examples of WYSIWYG editors are Front page or Adobe’s PageMill.
