You would figure this out using y=mx+b form

Let me explain #1:

y=2(x-4)^2-3

the x intercept would be (x-4)^2

the y intercept would be -3

the x and y intercept are where the line crosses the x or y axis

if you don't understand, try graphing it! A good website is Desmos.
