So,

First, we have to remember that 2^10 = 1024.

Using the exponent property of:

a^(bc)=(a^b)^c=2^(10*10)=(2^(10))^(10)=1024^(10)

Same thing with the second question. 2^4 = 16.

a^(bc)=(a^b)^c=2^(4*25)=(2^4)^(25)=16^(25)

Hope this helps!
