Hi There!

Question - Which term is described as a shelf of undersea land reaching a depth of about 200 meters (656 feet) and extending out from the shoreline?

Answer - continental shelf

Why - when you hear the statement continental shelf is means whats stated in question, it even says "shelf" in the question and continental shelf is the only reasonable answer.

Hope This Helps :)
