Why is it a good idea to space out study sessions instead of studying something all at once? Research suggest that spaced practice helps you avoid the serial-position effect. Research indicates that people have limited attention spans. Evidence suggests that massed study sessions leads to poor retention. Too much studying makes you a dull person.

Because if you study all at once you will get bored and tired so you wont remeber half the stuff.
