For every 3 students that sailed, 5 kayaked, forty-five students kayaked how many students sailds

27 students sailed because if you do 5 (people who kayaked) divided by 45 (the total amount of people who kayaked) you would get 9. So if you do 3 (the people who sailed) multiplied by 9 (the number we needed) you would get 27, your answer. Hope this helped!! :)
