Hi There!

You have to find the second point.

4 - ? = -1

10 - ? = 2

4 - 5 = -1

10 - 8 = 2

Second Coordinate: (8, 5)

Y intercept is 13

Slope Intercept Form: y = -1/2x + 13

Hope This Helps :)

The slope-intercept form:

y=mx+b

m - slope

b - y-intercept

We have the slope
m=-(1)/(2) and the point (10, 4).

Substitute the value of slope and the coordinates to the equation of line:

y=-(1)/(2)x+b\\\\4=-(1)/(2)(10)+b\\\\4=-5+b\qquad|\text{add 5 to both sides}\\\\9=b\to b=9

Answer:
y=-(1)/(2)x+9
