12x > 9(2x-3)-15\qquad|\text{use distributive property}\\\\12x > (9)(2x)+(9)(-3)-15\\\\12x > 18x-27-15\qquad|\text{subtract 18x from both sides}\\\\-6x > -42\qquad|\text{change the signs}\\\\6x < 42\qquad|\text{divide both sides by 6}\\\\x < 7

12x >9(2x-3)-15

distribute

12x> 18x-27-15

combine like terms

12x>18x -42

subtract 18x from each side

12x -18x >18x-18x-42

-6x>-42

divide by -6 which will flip the inequality

-6x/-6<-42/-6

x<7
