Translations are rigid movements, where every points of the figure is moved by the same vector.

In particular, translation prevents shapes, areas and orientations.

So, this is not the effect of a transformation, because the two rectangles do not have the same orientation.

In fact, in the original triangle, if you want to touch the vertices ABCD you have to go clockwise, while in the transformed one, to touch the vertices A'B'C'D' you have to go counterclockwise.
