As you may already know, within the literature, "mood" is the term that refers to the feeling that the text intends to convey to the reader, through the words and situations presented in the plot. In "the circuit" we can perceive several mooods as the plot progresses, the first is the union in the family, which goes through several disadvantageous situations united and supporting each other, then we can perceive the mood of tension, fear, survival and struggle which represents very well the situations that the family had to go through in the USA, as illegal immigrants and without any quality of life.
