The answer is B,

For example lets subsitute x as 1 and 3 for y. Since there are 8 groups for both roses- it would be 8 x 1 + 8 x 3. Which equals to 8x + 8y.

Let the red rose groups be represented by = x

Let the white rose groups be represented by = y

As Kiri has roses in groups of 8 which means there are 8 roses in each group

So total number of red roses is = 8*x=8x

total number of white roses is = 8*y=8y

Hence, total number of all roses that Kiri has can be represented as =

8x+8y

Hence, option B is correct.
