I'll try my best to help

+ The revenge aspect is developed by their families feud throughout 3 generations and the men are forced into the same situation- getting stuck under the tree

  • NOTE: a lot of friendships spur by the two people finding something in common between them

+ Friendship is also developed when the men consider how their friendliness will have a positive effect on the town. Friendship for the sake of their village.

+ They both must yell for help together in order for their lives to be saved. It is a weird bonding moment.

I tried my best, I hope I helped. :)
