Please! Help! ASAP! Thank u!

Given the perimeter of a rectangle and either the length or width, find the unknown measurement using the appropriate formula. The Perimeter is 76 cm and the length is 20 cm. What is the width of the rectangle? Show all your work.

Perimeter= all sides added. A rectangle has two pairs of equal sides therefore two sides will be 20cm (since one is 20cm). 20cm+20cm=40cm. 76cm-40cm= 36. 36 divided by 2= 18m.
The width is 18cm.
If you check the answer, you’ll see it’s correct.
18+18+20+20=76
