A because “be innocent of the knowledge” is basically saying that it is something she shouldn’t have knowledge about. Then with the line “till thou applaud the deed” shows that he is talking about after the murder because the “deed” is the murder an the word “till” suggests that she should not have knowledge about it until after it happens.
