slope =

y2-y1/x2-x1

6- (-5) / -6-0 = 11/-6

Slope = -11/6

Slope:

6 - (-5) / -6 - 0

11/-6

Slope= -11/6


Slope intercept form: y = mx + b

-5 = -11/6(0) + b

-5 = b


Answer: y = -11/6x - 5
