The point-slope form:

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

The formula of a slope:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

We have the points A(-2, 6) and B(2, -2). Substitute:

m=(-2-6)/(2-(-2))=(-8)/(4)=-2\\\\y-6=-2(x-(-2))\\\\\boxed{y-6=-2(x+2)}\to\boxed{(B)}
