Answer: 3 mi/min for airspeed

0.5 mi/min for windspeed

Explanation:

1 hr 40 mins=

1 hr + 40 mins=

60 mins + 40 mins=100 mins

300 mi/100 mins=3 mi/min for airspeed

100 mins+20 mins=120 mins

300 mi/120 mins=

30/12=

10/4=2.5 mi/min for airspeed and windspeed

|2.5-3|=

|-0.5|=0.5 mi/min for windspeed ==> windspeed is a positive value, not a negative value.
