Help me....

Which areas of your health is the strongest? What are you already doing to contribute to good health in that area?

My internal health is really good (meaning internal organs) i'm eating really healthy and i chug 8 bottles of water a day. I am taking birth control for a hormonal imbalance I have. Taking birth control makes my periods easier, has improved my mood, and cleared up my skin really well
