What kind of picture of Frontier life does Daniel Boone give, and does it seem representative of the frontier experience of the 1700s

Boone helped in making the Wilderness Road from Virginia to Kentucky and later established the Boonesboro settlement. Boone's life was representative of the Frontiersman. He was a true exprorer, who loved the wilderness, did not fear the Indians. The Frontier was a place with no people, unexplored and tempting. He always loved coming back to Kentucky, but his character needed to go further and find a land that could not be taken away.
