Consider the equation y = 3(x-5)(x +2)

-Name the x-intercepts of the parabola.
-How does it’s graph compare to the graph of ½(x-5)(x+2). Explain how you know

x = -2 and x = 5

Compared to the second graph equation presented, when graphed, the first equation is more narrow while the second one is expanded by a factor of 1/2 (or so it seems).

My tip to you is to graph these to get a good visual, these will allow you to find the answer to both questions presented.
