If this is a "true/false" question, it is true. When assessing muscular endurance, start with a weight that is not too easy or hard for you to lift. You should not be able to lift it with ease more than 15 times in a row. Every few days, use a heavier weight to ensure that your muscles are steadily becoming stronger.
