First, you would need to graph the y intercept, which is 5.

Next, you can start graphing the slope. In order to do this, you would need to start at the y intercept or at 5, then use rise/run. Move up 2 from the y intercept and go right 3 times.

If you want to go the opposite way then you go to the left by 2 and down 3. This would still have the same value as 2/3 because -2/-3= +2/+3
