It is wrong, but close. Seperate the numbers and the varibles, to get 3/9 times x^2/x^5 which is the same thing, but can help you contemplate how to simplify the expression. If then simplified seperate you should get 1/3 times 1/x^3. From there just add the two to get 1/3x^3.
